In a short few years Atlas Logistics UK Ltd has grown from strength to strength, on its core values of Customer Service and fairness in business.  We have seen Atlas Logistics UK Ltd blossom from being part of a larger group, to a wholly independent UK company at the heart of a powerful Global Network.

Message from the Managing Director.

“It is my long held belief that the Logistics business relies very much on Customer service.  Our team want to understand our client’s supply chain requirements and the intricacies of their own industry.   This is why I feel we get a better understanding of what is required.   We tailor our service to what the client needs, not just offering a standard fix, but one that is bespoke to that client and flexible enough to accommodate the ever changing demands of global trade.  I believe we are a fair and compassionate business that wants to do the job right first time for our clients.  We pride ourselves on having local knowledge with a global reach, but above all putting the customer first”

ISO Accreditation

In November 2016 after a lot of work Atlas Logistics UK Ltd became ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 accredited, complying with The Provision of Import and Export Solutions and Associated Services.

2015 Shares of Atlas Logistics PVT were acquired by the UK

In September 2015 the shares of Atlas Logistics PVT were acquired by the UK Company, meaning Atlas Logistics UK Ltd became a totally independent wholly UK owned business.

2013 both offices moved to larger premises

In March 2013 both offices moved to larger premises, London being strategically placed close to Heathrow Airport, and Birmingham moving to a facility giving the Company access to 30,000 square feet of Logistics warehousing.

2012 Atlas Logistics UK Ltd became members of the WCA

In June 2012 Atlas Logistics UK Ltd became members of the WCA, the world’s largest and most powerful network of independent freight forwarders, with over 6,032 member offices in 186 countries around the world. This membership gives us a Global reach that very few of our competitors can rival.

2011 Global business was aligned with the SBS Group of Japan

In 2011 the Global business was aligned with the SBS Group of Japan due to their strategic investment in Atlas Logistics PVT, India.

2010 Opened our London Office

We commenced from our Birmingham office and early in 2010 opened our London Office. We quickly became accredited IATA and FIATA Members, full CASS partners, BIFA Members and hold all the requirements to trade both here in the UK and the Global Market.

2009 Atlas Logistics UK Began Trading

Atlas Logistics UK Ltd began trading in October 2009 as an independent company, being associated through share ownership with Atlas Logistics PVT Ltd of Bangalore, India. The Managing Director of the UK, Mr Gavin Homer has held a 20 year relationship with the Group which brought about the opening of the UK franchise.
